In 2020, I was in a domestic abuse situation in which I was involved with a narcissistic psychopath who did the same thing to two women (and perhaps more) before me.

It is why I have the strength that I do today, which is why I have an obligation to helping all women (and men) find their voice amidst abuse. 

Choose safety and choose life.
